Welcome! I’m thrilled you’re here. My name is Heather Fox, and I’m the founder of The Mobile Wellness Lounge, a mobile wellness lounge created to bring the powerful benefits of holistic therapies directly to you. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep passion for wellness and science-backed techniques that support our body’s natural healing processes. My goal is to help people thrive physically, mentally, and emotionally, especially in today’s fast-paced world.

In 1997, I enrolled in the two-year Sports Massage program at The East West College of Healing Arts. During this time, I also became a certified Chiropractic Assistant, which provided me with valuable hands-on experience. Balancing my studies with work at a chiropractic practice, I dedicated around 60 hours each week to developing my skills.

Throughout my path in wellness and healing, I've continually expanded my training and education. I’m a certified Health Coach, having graduated from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and have also trained in Dry Needling through CPD at the London College of Osteopathy. I hold a Master’s degree in Metaphysics and am currently completing my PhD in Metaphysical Sciences, with a focus on Light and Sound Therapy.
